The Role:

We are looking for a talented product professional with hands-on experience in web and app analytics. In this role, you will work with stakeholders and software engineers to ensure the web and app data meets the quality, accessibility, and availability standards required for Ticketmaster to run its business. In addition to maintaining existing web and app analytics capabilities you will identify opportunities to both improve the existing platform via our internal development team or extend the platform via third party providers. Success in this position will require wearing lots of different hats and representing the needs of stakeholders, customers, engineers, business, or management to other functional roles.

What the job is:

• Work with stakeholders to gather and define feature requests. Advocate for stakeholders & represent their needs to tech and the business
• Work with developers to define technical development work
• Test developed software and software integrations for bugs and user acceptance testing, and monitor production data gathering for quality control
• Prioritize competing demands on team time
• Manage integration between our Analytics Platform and 3rd party vendors, including managing the vendor relationships
• Coordinate efforts of multiple integrating product teams
• Maintain internal relationships with product teams, including providing integration best practices, integration issue troubleshooting, and maintaining an integration/release calendar
• Maintain the roadmap for your portion of the Analytics Platform and the backlog of work, as well as ideating future functionality 
• Analyze data to identify the source of anomalies

What a qualified candidate should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years as a Product Manager in a highly data-centric environment, or 5+ years as a Analytics Stakeholder or Marketing Analyst with exposure to the software development process
• Familiarity with online marketing and ecommerce basics
• Outstanding communication skills (both in presentation and comprehension) and telling compelling stories to help translate complex ideas 
• Ability to understand customer needs and drive impactful business outcomes
• Experience with the software development process and understanding of best practices a plus
• Experience in Google Analytics and SQL recommended, BigQuery, Amazon Athena, Teradata a plus
