Job Description
1. Responsible for the planning and develop plans of the local logistics network in Russia (including last-mile networks, sorting centers, distribution centers, delivery, etc.)
2. Responsible for the operation quality management of local self-built network in Russia (such as coverage rate, turnover rate, etc.), fixed assets management and commercial operation, reduce operating costs and increase operating income
3. Responsible for the establishment of local self-built network operation process in Russia, manage the partners and suppliers, and improve the network operation efficiency and quality
4. Responsible for monitoring the operation of self-built network, launch personalized operation plans based on local actual scenarios, and promote the value-added of network commercialization
Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years project operation management experience, logistics network operation experience is preferred;
2. Fluent in Russian and English, Chinese is preferred.
3. Experience in independently responsible for innovative project/system construction, good management awareness and overall view
4. Clear and rigorous thinking logic, sensitive to data, good insight and risk awareness;
5. Optimistic, realistic, enthusiastic, curious, self-motivated, good for others, strong sense of teamwork and resilience.
