Job Description
1. Responsible for deployment, installation and after-sales operation and management of local locker, intelligent hardware, distribution equipment and other hardware products in Russia local logistics network.
2. Responsible for surveying, installation, deployment, activation and acceptance of terminal hardware equipment in Russia local logistics network, the development of operation and maintenance plans, the rational allocation of resources, and the timely and high-quality landing and operation of the products.
3. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance management of the terminal hardware equipment in Russia last-mile network, monitoring and mobilizing resources to deal with the abnormal equipment and customer complaints, and timely completing the work order of terminal equipment.
4. Manage and be responsible for the timeliness and completion quality of work orders for hardware product investigation, installation, operation and maintenance, quality assurance, etc.
5. Responsible for the formulation of the operation and maintenance standards and procedures of the local network hardware products in Russia, making the project operate efficiently, identifying problems and requirements in product operation and maintenance, and promoting the improvement of problems.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of offline operation and maintenance management experience, with hardware product after-sales service management experience is preferred;
2. Fluent in English and Russian, Chinese is preferred.
3. Strong organization and coordination ability and self-management ability, excellent team cooperation ability, good customer awareness.
4. Good data analysis ability, sensitive to business, able to find and solve problems timely and improve quality of operation and maintenance.
5. Optimistic, tenacious, enthusiastic, strong curiosity, self-motivated, good for others, strong sense of teamwork and resilience.
