Job Description
Job Background:
The sales planning manager is responsible for Alibaba.com B2B business in Vietnam. He/She will help the country manager to develop and organize the sales strategy in Vietnam Market, especially SME market. He/She will also transfer the product value(member fee and advertising product) through our channel partner to customer. Through the sales activity, he/she will help SME in Vietnam to get more business from Buyers in alibaba.com. He/She will also connect the resources from HQ and empower our channel partners in Vietnam.
Job Responsibility:
1. Design promotion, incentive program or commission package for Vietnam market.
2. Manage leads conflict, modify leads rules based on business strategy.
3. Make Business Sales Plan, organize the resources from Headquarters and deliver the plan to channel and monitor the result.
4. Be responsible for Sales and assist Country Manager to achieve the Target.
5. Arrange sales operation activity(online/offline) such as training, kick-off meeting, road-show and etc. to empower channel partner.
6. Design online/offline program to encourage advertising revenue and increase the user penetration.
Job requirements
1. 5+ years of sales operation or sales planning work experience preferably from e-Commerce or Internet companies, with sales experience is a plus.
2. Experience in b2b business is a plus.
3. Who likes to talk or speech, especially in public.
4. Who likes learning and reading.
5. Self management is good, especially time management.
6. Good in using Office software (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
7. Smart, Optimistical and with independent thinking
8. Native in Vietnamese. High proficiency and excellent communication skills in written and oral Chinese. English is an Optional.
9. Capability of planning, managing and executing large-scale event project independently.
