Job Description
1. Familiar with e-com business（B2C & B2B）,you are overall responsible for import and export Last mile operation for the assigned critical market-place
2. Familiar with last mile operation, and its compliance policy for the assigned area / countries, Set up KPI for customs clearance in your assigned market-place and able to continuously improve KPI , continuous drive down delivery performance and operation cost. Manage exceptional challenges on time and build up long-term resolution.
3. Overall responsible for two-way communication with government and regulation parties, able to effectively interpret government regulation into actionable follow up for Cainiao , meanwhile able to strike for a win-win solutions by persuade / negotiate with government ,on behalf of Cainiao best interest,
4. Operation Partner /supplier contract management and supplier life-cycle management
Job requirements
1. Minimum of 5 years working experience in cross boarder e-com platform/company
2. Working experience in government/ customs preferred
3. Result oriented and be able to work under pressure.
4. Resilient , Able to learn and deliver result in fast-pace/ details-oriented working environment
5. Must Fluent in English & Chinese, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
