ERM is seeking motivated commercial leaders to join us as Account Director in the Chemical / Pharmaceutical sector within the EMEA region. The role can be based in the UK, France, Germany or other countries in the region where ERM has a local presence.

ERM has an opportunity for an experienced Client Account Director to lead on one our key account in the chemical / Pharma sector and become a true owner and shareholder in a highly successful business that is focused on bringing client value and sustainable business solutions to everything we do. The ideal candidate will be a client-faced commercial leader who is interested in being part of this thriving global community – an outstanding professional who combines strong consulting, strategic account management, and business development skills – to drive sustained long-term, profitable growth of ERM’s business with the key client and its subsidiaries. Educated to degree level and fluent in English, he/she will have strong leadership skills to lead an account team of Partners to develop and implement account strategic plans that achieves the sales budget and growth targets.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the account plan to achieve the annual sales and growth targets
  • Build a reliable opportunity pipeline to achieve pipeline growth target
  • Achieve the global account profit target
  • Achieve the proposal win rate target
  • Deliver exceptional client value as measured by the client feedback process
  • Ensure positive client experience with ERM and retain client feedback to enhance our service offerings
  • Successfully implement the ERM way of Account management which includes proper use of tools, procedures and methodology
