Environmental Resources Management (ERM)

ERM is seeking a motivated Consultant – Digital Services to join our growing team in Singapore. You will be part of a strong and growing team of consultants in Singapore with a primary role of delivering high quality outputs to clients but will also help generate new business, and develop excellent client relationships. You will work closely with the Southeast Asia Digital Principal Consultant and, in time, further develop ERM’s Digital business across Southeast Asia (SEA); your role will also include building a delivery team following the pipeline of sales. Your focus however will be Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in developing and implementing a Business Plan in consultation with the SEA Digital leaders focused upon sustainably and profitably growing sales, innovation and delivery of Digital Advisory, Data Analytics and Systems Implementation. The Plan should initially focus on Singapore and as project opportunities/projects grow, expand, in collaboration with the SEA Digital leaders, to incorporate SEA growth opportunities. 
  • Contribute to the overall development of ERM’s Digital Services business, working with the SEA and global team to generate ideas for new services and ways to improve existing ones in order for ERM to integrate and grow as a business
  • Prepare proposals offering an in-depth understanding of client needs and values and proposing effective solutions to ensure ERM has the best chance of success
  • Support delivery engagements through activities such as design thinking workshops, process blueprinting, gap assessments, system design, system implementation, data analytics and dashboards
  • Deliver high quality outputs to clients within agreed budgets and timelines
  • As required, support new business development activities with active client engagement and marketing activities

Requirements:

  • Masters / MBA in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Energy Studies Sustainability.
  • Experience of working in digital implementations focused on EHS and Sustainability
  • Implementation experience in Industry 4.0 principles is a must have, with exposure to emerging digital trends in O&G, Chemicals and Process Industries
  • The candidate should ideally have international consulting experience, focused on EHS and sustainability
  • Track record in delivery of EHS Digital Transformation, GHG management services, Sustainability Reporting, Incident Management, Safety Reporting, Environmental Management etc.
  • Experience and enthusiasm in supporting Go-to-Market activities and sales
  • Ability to travel on overseas assignments when necessary.
  • Knowledge of following technology & platforms would be good to have:
  • EHS Platforms: Enablon, Enviance, SAP EHSM, Cority etc.
  • BI Platforms: Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics
  • Analytics Platforms: R, Python
  • Excellent knowledge and comfort with excel based reporting and advanced analysis
  • Excellent skill sets with power point and visuals representation of complex problems
  • Comfortable with other Office tools: MS Visio, MS Project, Share-point, Office 360 etc.
  • EHS Platforms: Enablon, Enviance, SAP EHSM, Cority etc.
  • BI Platforms: Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics
  • Analytics Platforms: R, Python
  • Excellent knowledge and comfort with excel based reporting and advanced analysis

  • Excellent communication skills – including oral, written and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
