ERM is seeking a SharePoint and PowerApps Developer to join our global firm as a Consultant within our Digital Services business. This is an excellent associate level for individuals with experience implementing solutions on the Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform, including Common Data Service (CDS) and Power Apps. The successful candidate will have a successful track record in designing, developing, and managing SharePoint site content and capabilities, and will also be comfortable discussing and executing all aspects and features of Azure and Office365. As the SharePoint and PowerApps Developer, you will also participate in the testing process through test review and analysis.

This position will require working closely with subject matter experts and technical leaders from additional ERM business units, across time zones, and as part of diverse teams that may be established for revenue delivery on a project to project basis. We expect a passion for learning and applying knowledge of emerging digital technologies coupled with out-of-the-box thinking in delivering integrated solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Work on various projects related to Azure and Office 365 as a SharePoint Developer and PowerApps expert.
  • Understand and analyze user requests; take full responsibility for the complete lifecycle of an application from analysis to final deployment.
  • Participate in the development of new applications using .NET framework 4.0 / 4.5 with various technologies/tools such as Visual Studio, and Team Foundation Server, WPF.
  • Work with Leads to map solutions and technical information to customer's context.
  • Take ownership for problems and resolve them with effective follow through.

Key Experience

  • Development experience in SharePoint (2013/2016/2019) Client Side Object Model.
  • Good knowledge in Service Applications (User Profiles, Search, Managed Metadata)
  • Strong experience in building custom solutions using SharePoint Framework, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, CSS3, HTML5, C# experience and SharePoint App model ((provider hosted app and SharePoint hosted app)
  • Skilled in developing new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps and customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps.
  • Experience migrating InfoPath forms and SharePoint Designer workflows to PowerApps and Flow, and automating business processes with Microsoft Flow.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle methodology such as Agile/Scrum/Waterfall.
  • Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries/procedures/functions
  • Exposure to TFS/GitHub is essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
  • Knowledge of any SharePoint Migration Tool is a plus

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems; or related discipline is desired.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience developing in the .NET platform and/or .NET web applications and web services.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience developing in Microsoft PowerApps.
  • Excellent understanding of PowerApps formulas and development best practices.
  • Proven track record of managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
