The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong technical expertise on contaminated sites and commercial acumen to understand the clients’ business risks. He/she will have excellent advisory skills and is able to help clients manage the value of their assets. He/she will have a keen interest in innovating integrated solutions for clients whilst having worked in consulting environment and having some experience in industrial and/or oil and gas sectors. The ideal candidate will also have good knowledge of the Iberia market and track records of delivering sustainable commercial growth.

Role responsibility

As a Partner, you will be accountable for the commercial growth for the Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation services in Iberia, working with existing clients and wining new business. This exciting and challenging position will require a well-balanced individual capable of delivering the following key objectives:

  • Build client relationship focusing on the business outcome which our clients want to achieve in the medium and long term whilst being keenly aware of and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Prepare and execute the annual business plan and create a sales pipeline with the potential to build year-on-year work that ensures sustainable growth
  • Engaging clients at senior level to discuss asset portfolio, up and coming regulatory changes, associated business risks and how to manage asset values, and develop solutions leveraging digital solutions
  • Lead technical delivery to ensure service excellence under our Partner in Charge (PiC) system of project management and direction; support clients through the life cycle of contaminated site management from initial investigations and risk assessments to remediation; project might involve the following:
  • Main services to be covered are site Investigation & risk assessment, remediation portfolio & reserve assessments, field investigation, remedial options appraisal, conceptual and numeric fate & transport modelling, human health and ecological risk assessments, remediation engineering & construction management, green & sustainable remediation, decommissioning, decontamination, and demolition (DD&D) and sediments and watershed management
  • Main services to be covered are site Investigation & risk assessment, remediation portfolio & reserve assessments, field investigation, remedial options appraisal, conceptual and numeric fate & transport modelling, human health and ecological risk assessments, remediation engineering & construction management, green & sustainable remediation, decommissioning, decontamination, and demolition (DD&D) and sediments and watershed management
  • Lead, coach, mentor and grow consulting teams through the PiC model; ensure that consultants are developed and they remain focused on meeting business objectives
