Job Description
Jack Henry & Associates, a leading provider of technology solutions and payment processing services primarily for the financial services industry; is hiring an Occupancy Planner IV to join our Workplace Management Team. The Workplace Management Team maintains space utilization data and accurate and up to date CAD drawings for all JHA locations. We support all internal Jack Henry business units in space allocation along with any moves, adds or changes. This position will collect space data and coordinate office space planning.
This role will report to the Workplace Management Manager and support the organization effectors for occupancy planning. The successful candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, as well as creativity, attention to detail and analytical skills. If you have the ability to foster critical relationships between various levels of management and departments, this is the job for you.
