About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our fast-paced Growth team and take ownership of day to day operations tasks. You must be comfortable working at the intersection of white board concepts and complex Marketo/Salesforce implementations. You will need to partner with the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations to build, maintain and iterate on Rippling’s data-driven marketing infrastructure.

You Will:

• Own and manage the full marketing technology stack across implementation, integration, administration, and metrics.
• Work directly with the sales operations and sales development teams to manage and update lead processes and optimize the entire sales funnel.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of work experience in marketing operations, Marketo preferred
• Expert with marketing automation programming and smart campaigns
• Experience creating Salesforce custom fields, campaigns, views, reports, and dashboards
• Highly resourceful, self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in areas of responsibility
• Outstanding attention to detail and a sense of project ownership
• Skilled in organizing and prioritizing competing time demands
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
