The Role.

Supports business objectives by monitoring performance, identifying, and solving operational performance issues. Examples of day-to-day support include:

  • Unlock barcodes using EIBox Office
  • Investigate and resolve ticket posting issues
  • Investigate and resolve barcode reissue issues
  • Investigate and resolve general issues with the AVD (authentication, validation, and delivery) process.

What a qualified candidate should possess:

  • Previous technical support experience required 
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Basic Microsoft SQL script execution experience
  • Ability to read and understand basic Microsoft SQL scripts
  • Clear written communication
  • Problem solving skills
  • Data entry skills
  • Basic computer and application support skills
  • Interest in technology and aptitude to learn new tech quickly.
  • Flexible schedule as needed
