We're looking for talented brokers with strong interpersonal skills who are earlier in their career and have the ambition to run highly profitable books of business. Successful candidates are ambitious, personable, hard-working, and have achieved some early success in their careers.
The best candidates for this role are those producers who understand that traditional insurance agencies need to evolve and want to be a part of that evolution.
For Producers not based in San Francisco, you are able to work productively from a home office, and you are comfortable communicating with support services via phone and email.
