About this opportunity

Implement systematic testing at the system level via baseline control, test design, test matrix, test execution and error analysis to assert the quality of software. Provide recommendation to software quality status before release and deployment.

This role will be responsible for providing technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area. Recommends and implements equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques and production yields for existing products.

The role may additionally develop implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub assemblies and final assemblies. Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Extensive computer keyboarding and moussing. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

In this role, you will…

• Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
• Develop methods for automated and manual testing of software applications.
• Write test automation code using .JAVA or scripting (Python) languages.
• Expanding knowledge of related disciplinary area.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Builds productive internal/external working relationships.

In this role, you’ll need…

• Typically, minimum of 2 years of directly related experience 2-4 years development and/or test automation experience in automation tool (selenium or UFT).
• Advance level of English (reading, verbal and written).

Tipically requires…

• Scripting skills in Python, and JAVA or another common language.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills required - Queries, Sub Queries, Views, SPs, Triggers
• Write test automation code using .JAVA or scripting (Python) languages.
• Preferable Knowledge in Software Engineering methodologies.
• Preferable having problem solving skills, thoroughness, attentive to detail and decision-making skills.
• Preferable strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Preferable participate, develop, test, and implement projects with a medium-low level of complexity that require medium to low-supervision.
• Preferable knowledge in Win OS administration and troubleshooting.
• Preferable ability to work cross-functionally.
• Basic knowledge in databases is a plus

Is a plus…

• Certifications related with software applications, and/or systems are a plus.
• Certification in CSQE is a plus.
