Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced strategic CRM Manager to join the team at Le Tote. This person will be primarily responsible for driving the CRM strategy and overseeing the operation process of email, SMS and Push deployment while driving towards the identified business goals and metrics. This role will offer the chance to explore, propose and execute data driven customer communication strategies and touch points.

  • Lifecycle Management and Ownership
  • Customer Engagement and Retention Strategy
  • Data and Personalization Stewardship
  • Creation of new customer cohorts, drip campaigns, editorial campaigns and creative ways to manage the customer through the Le Tote subscription lifecycle. 
  • Measurement, Analytics + Reporting
  • Technical Ownership and Partnership
  • Vendor, Platform and Relationship Ownership
  • Messaging + Creative Management and Stakeholders
  • Advise on best practices to increase email deliverability and engagement

What we’re looking for..

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in CRM within direct to consumer e-commerce category
  • Email deployment and management experience. Working with tools such as Iterable, SendGrid, MailChimp, Responsys, Constant Contact, Adobe Campaign, Pardot or other Email Service Provider
  • Experience in managing the customer lifecycle from email capture onward 
  • Push and SMS notification experience a plus.
  • Fashion/ecommerce/subscription experience a plus
  • Passion for customer experience and retention marketing and experience in increasing the value of customers
  • Ability to formulate vision and focus teams on measured goals
  • SQL experience to manage data tables and create relational data tables to drive personalization
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS. 
  • Highly organized, results-driven, with exceptional attention to detail with great end-to-end program management
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally between multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Self-starter that thrives under a fast-paced environment
  • Appreciation and opinions on good design and best practices
