The Role.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - Upper North Island, our On the Go Sales Manager role is pivotal to the region’s performance. You'll lead, coach and develop the team of TSMs towards profitable volume growth and performance targets, and drive high levels of engagement as well as consistently high performance. You'll be responsible for driving strong execution of the CCANZ sales strategies, through the growth of successful win-win relationships between your team and customers. You’ll continue to seek opportunities for growth and improvement, driving commercial decisions for today and tomorrow.

You’ll support your team through driving high level sales negotiations, and managing relationships with a diverse range of key customers within your region. Most importantly, you’ll be a knowledgeable, inspiring and motivating leader, who is passionate about driving success for the business by leading through people.

What do I need?

To excel in this role, you’ll come from a highly successful sales background, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and business aptitude. With a strength in forming solid relationships with key customers, you’ll be experienced in dealing with high pressure negotiations, and have a strong understanding of the FMCG industry.

On top of this, you’ll have proven leadership skills, with a people-focused approach that successfully enables your team to drive towards success. You’ll have an ability to communicate effectively with your team and your peers, and given the fast pace of our business, you’ll be adaptable and able to think on your feet. It’s a highly varied role, where no two days are the same, and you’ll need to be organised and able to juggle multiple priorities within your day.
