The Role
Our Pricing & Rebates Administrator is a busy and highly important role, responsible for ensuring the correct payments and credits are made to our valued customers. As a major support for our wider business, you'll be responsible for setting up customer pricing contracts, administering payments, rebates and credits to a huge range of customers, including some of NZ's biggest supermarkets and right down to our smaller customers. You'll provide a high level of service for both internal and external stakeholders.
You'll be the first port of call for our sales team processing credits for their customer and ensuring they are put through accurately. You'll also be responsible for processing store level payments to our Grocery customers, including some head office payments to our major customers and contract payments customers. Given the huge number of customers CCANZ has, accuracy & attention to detail is paramount to ensure customer entitlements are processed accurately. On top of all of this, you'll be creating accruals, as well as assisting with the pay-run preparations, and assisting with end-of-month accrual wash ups. What Do I Need?
Your ability to work autonomously and efficiently will ensure that our processes run smoothly, and that you're an asset to the wider team! You'll have an eye for detail and high levels of accuracy in your work. You'll also have an ability to work to deadlines and to work under pressure - prioritising and workload management is key to success in this role. You'll be competent with data entry, and have solid Microsoft Office and general computer skills. You'll be working with people across a number of CCA teams, so need effective communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
