What we're looking for:

The Group Director, Operations and Transformation will drive alignment across Citrix’ functional areas, while maintaining the rhythm of the business cadence. This position will be responsible for working with the Sales and Services support teams to collect internal customer feedback for requirements for the product/engineering roadmap decisions, specifically in regards to prioritization of balance between return on investment (ROI) and Level of Effort (LOE). This will include the processes related to following programs:

  • Concept to market
  • Business alignment (formerly Interlock)
  • Cross functional business impact analysis
  • Special assignments and other focus areas

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing the rhythm of the business cadence and driving alignment across Citrix’s functional areas in regards to the processes related to concept-to-market, business alignment, cross functional business impact analysis, etc.
  • Delivers the consistent voice-of-product, engineering and finance that drives the right products and solution investments to market.
  • Develops, creates, maintains and makes continuous improvements to a single process to collect feedback from field and internal customers to drive requirements for the product/engineering processes for roadmap decisions in partnership with Sales & Services support teams.
  • Creates the processes for communicating roadmaps and changes supported by internal stakeholders.
  • Accountable for providing all stakeholders with status of projects and tracking of supportability, change impact and customer feedback.
  • Responsible for the coordination of stakeholders that incorporate business impact into the portfolio review process and drive financial planning outcomes.
  • Partners with functions and leaders across the company to review the business and drive decision-making.
  • Partners with the Business Intelligence & Analytics team and Geo COOs to connect metrics and dashboards reviews that support decision-making and ongoing field execution.
  • Coordinates with the portfolio review process and drives alignment with dependent stakeholders and applicable workstreams.
  • Drives alignment (formerly known as Interlock) and the operational cadence that includes sub workstreams – specifically accountable for Business Alignment actions, metrics reviews and deliverable schedules.
  • Executes on continuous improvement programs that simplify and improve operations and processes.
  • Leads and develops a high-performing team that manages all elements of the operational processes to align across key stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related field. MBA desired.
  • 10+ years of progressive business experience in related field.
  • 8+ years of experience managing a team of high performing data professionals.
  • Proven experience interacting with and influencing C-suite executives.
  • Proven ability to manage large sized projects ($5 million + budget) from inception to successful implantation.
  • Advanced understanding and experience using a variety of project life cycle methodologies.
  • Proven ability to organize and control project governance including outlining the roles and relationships between all groups involved.
  • Experience designing and building KPI dashboards for various internal constituents.
  • Ability to execute with a high level of independence.
  • Viewed and sought out as a mentor and role-model by other managers outside of immediate department.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven partnership and relationship-building with all business units.
