Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains software for the organization’s products and systems. Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. Develops, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation.
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
Fast learner ready to work with new technologies and mature them for the Public Safety market
Implement and iterate with our UX team in an agile environment to bring features from conception to launch.
Research, analyze, design and develop solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategy.
Architect and implement mobile applications, middleware and frameworks for various android and linux devices
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and project related team meetings.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that meet business needs with respect to functionality, performance and reliability.
Knowledgeable in the following: Java, Android, Object Oriented Design/Architecture, Agile methodologies
Fundamental computer science principles.
Good communication and people skills.
Team focused and self-motivated in a fast paced environment
Bachelor's Degree required (Computer Science, Engineering or related degree); Master's degree a plus
Experience with Embedded SW development engineering or Cloud or Data Analytics
