Department Overview
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Test Engineer who will play a critical and active role in software validation process which includes Continuous Validation environment creation and maintenance, tests' scenarios definition, execution and automation, defects submission and fixes' verification. System Test Engineer diagnoses and identifies systems' issues, designs and validates solutions for complex problems and looks for improvements in daily job. An important part of work is knowledge and experience sharing with other team members (test and software engineers).
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronics or related)
- Knowledge of computer networks: routing and switching protocols, network equipment configuration
- Test methodologies knowledge
- Analytical approach to the tasks
- Focus on quality and attention to details
- Ability to work efficiently in an international team
- English language skills at a level allowing efficient communication
Following skills will be a plus:
- Relevant job experience
- Telecommunication standards knowledge (TETRA, APCO25, GSM)
- Scripting or basic programming skills (Java)
- Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi)
