The North America Services Business Operations team supports the programs, processes and business management functions of the North America Managed & Support Services business. The organization covers elements such as managing our Services Partner Program, processing our services contracts, helping to properly forecast the business and insuring the right policies and processes are in place to insure we can continue to transact business now and in the future as our solutions evolve.

Job Description

● Develop understanding of NA services business processes and policies

● Create dashboards to help monitor and identify areas of pricing pressure throughout the region

● Establish a better reporting structure and process to provide greater visibility to trends and relevant information for our field leaders to more effectively run their businesses and forecast revenue

● Create structure/analysis around best method to deploy both our internal and external sub-contracted resources to serve our customer base

● Work with business operations teams to identify transformational changes to their daily processes to drive better efficiency and performance

● Support key strategic initiatives across the NA Services team requiring in depth ad hoc analysis

● Make recommendations on the most optimal data structure to aid in future business visibility and easier reporting/analytics

Additional Requirements:

● Strong understand/skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

● Demonstrated analytical and reporting expertise

● Identifies and takes positive action to continuously improve personal performance

● Ability to strategize, plan and implement change at a wide scale

● Outstanding ability in managing and monitoring business operations

● Possess critical thinking and investigation skills

● Ability to foster effective working relationships and build consensus

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required

● Understanding/experience with Tableau preferred

Basic Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in business or related field OR 1+ years of relevant work experience
