Department Overview
Job Description
This role is for Asia Pacific FP&A lead. He/she will be partner with country finance controller and other key stakeholders in the region to support Asia Pacific Regional Vice President and management team with data-driven analysis. Also works with corporate FP&A team on periodic and adhoc deliverables.
Roles and Responsibilities would include:
- Order, revenue and margin reporting, forecasting and analysis
- Monthly and quarterly P&L review and liaison on exception entry with corporate team
- Opex Budgeting and forecasting
- Cash flow forecast and review
- Drive Cash collection across the region
- Build the Asia pacific forecast periodic deck
- Quarterly financial dashboard reports for Asia Pacific region
- Market/ Region P&L allocation
- Gross margin reporting for SIP (sales commission payout)
- Drive various finance projects with impact across the region
- Lead margin initiatives
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis
Basic Requirements
Education and Qualifications
Essential:
- University degree with a focus on accounting or finance
- Advanced degree and/or accounting certification e.g. CPA, MBA
- Typically 12+ years of experience in a finance function or exhibiting an exceptionally strong background in some other relevant and applicable area of business
- Typically 2+ years of people management experience.
It will also be beneficial (not mandatory) if you have:
- FP&A experience especially working with global team
