The desired candidate will be a vital part of the Global IT Infrastructure team with a proven track record of designing and deploying Identity and Access Management technologies. Motorola Solutions runs a unique environment of Authentication solutions with various integration points. Must be a self-motivated team player who is willing to assist others with projects and problems. There is an expectation that the candidate will proactively identify impactful solutions for the future or find improvements to the existing systems.
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies: OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Federation, SSO.
Experience with Multi-factor authentication capabilities including token-based authentication
Guide application administrators on best practices and standardization when tying applications into Okta and other IAM systems
Provide operational training and runbooks for Okta services
Analyze business needs and propose suitable solutions for Single Sign-On and Identity Management
Facilitate issue resolution, enhancements/defect fix implementation, effort estimation.
Experience required in Web Single Sign-on, Federated Identity, Role Based Access Control, User Access Certification.
Experience with API Gateway and microservices architectures
Experience with Python, PowerShell, Java, Java Script, JSON, REST, Scripting, HTML
Ability to debug failures of provisioning and event handler / orchestration event failures
Experience in standard operating procedures to perform pre and post production support activities
Understanding of the agile DevOps software development lifecycle process a plus
Experience with Identity Governance processes and solutions such as OIM a plus
Experience with Reverse proxy technologies a plus
