What you'll do

Working with the Portfolio and Operations Team in WalmartLabs, you will be responsible for developing frameworks and analyses in complex financial, strategic, and portfolio management. The right person will have a balance of analytic and business background, including business case development, process development, and written and verbal communication. It is also critical for this person possess a high comfort with ambiguity and strong problem structuring skills. Working with senior executives to gather information and understand their business needs is a requirement. Must have the ability to organize, plan, and track against provided due dates.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science and 5 years' technical program management experience OR Master of Science and 2 years' technical program management experience OR 8 years' technical program management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Continuously improve portfolio delivery and organization. Establish and drive adoption of frameworks, tools and best practices.
• 5 years experience in a PMO or enterprise program management
• Committed to continuous learning and development, seeking out new ways of working and driving change
• Ability to navigate within a changing organization, maintaining objectivity, respect for differences of opinion, fairness, and ability to question and challenge
• Evidence of strong strategic thinking, communication, analytics/modeling, planning and organizational skills required.
• Demonstrated ability and experience with cross functional teams - product managers, engineering teams and key stakeholders from different business functions
• Strong sense of ownership. Proactively addressing obstacles, and willingness to go above and beyond to chase down loose ends that lead to successful delivery
• Focus on results and outcomes, not just process. You have experience establishing processes that are appropriate, but don’t view process as a cure-all for delivery issues
• Ability to drive impact through strong executive communication skills and leadership presence
• Financial experience within a senior FP&A role, nice to have
