We are looking for a player-coach, data-driven B2B marketer who can develop and manage a portfolio of digital and offline acquisition channels. Our ideal candidate is an inspiring and experienced manager and a true partner to the Broker Marketing & Broker Development teams. (S)He will have deep experience in campaign planning and management, marketing automation, email and web conversion optimization and measurement, and top-of-funnel lead generation channels. This role reports to the Director of Demand Generation for USCI and is based at our West Coast Headquarters in Salesforce Tower San Francisco. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and maintain a portfolio of organic and paid, online and offline channels to generate and capture broker leads from the biggest commercial real estate firms and push them through the broker referral journey. 
  • Based on the broker journey map developed by the Director of Broker Marketing, brainstorm and lay out multi-channel lead gen and nurture campaigns for our key buyer personas, including educating them to new products or use cases. 
  • Partner with USCI Marketing Automation team to develop world class emails and nurtures for the broker channel.
  • Support demand gen efforts for broker events (pre and post communication strategy).
  • Partner with Marketing Ops, Analytics, & Automation to develop reporting dashboards to measure broker marketing results--- both campaigns and sales funnel conversion. Maniacally evaluate campaign performance data to constantly improve.
  • Develop a framework to methodically test new channels, and when successful, incorporate them into the acquisition portfolio. Optimize campaigns to improve MQL volume, opportunity creation, pipeline acceleration, and closed-won revenue. 
  • Communicate effectively with broker development, inside sales, and growth ops leadership to make sure that the leads your campaigns are generating are being followed up on.
  • Establish KPIs for all campaigns, evaluate performance, and report out on results, learnings, and whether we’re on track to hit quarterly targets at monthly readouts. If off track, develop a plan to catch up.

KPIs:

  • Broker engagement.
  • # of qualified leads, ops, and deals acquired through broker referrals. 
  • TCV pipeline via the broker channel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of B2B tech demand generation experience at a top-tier company
  • Experience partnering with sales leadership and sales ops
  • BA/BS degree
  • Mastery of the following tech stack: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, SplashThat (or similar), Google Analytics, Google Sheets & Slides, Looker (or similar), VisualIQ (or other multi-touch attribution software), Wordpress, Marketo (or similar), ABM software (Demandbase, Brightfunnel, or similar)

BONUS:

  • Experience selling into one or more of the following industries: Tech, HR, Commercial Real Estate
  • Experience with commercial real estate, broker relationship management or marketing to real estate professionals
