WeWork is seeking a Sales Manager to help lead our sales efforts in the Denver / Mountain West region. The Sales Manager will work closely with the Sales Director in their region to grow sales within their market. This is a full-time position based in Denver, Colorado location and will be part of our growing Growth organization. 

A successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives in their market and will guide and coach their team to success in hitting and exceeding individual and team quotas. He/She will work closely with their local team of Community Managers and Directors to ensure they are growing sales and occupancy in their buildings. The Sales Manager will have a player coach mentality and can build, coach and develop a team of passionate and successful closers.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and lead a team a top performing team of Account Executives through consistent feedback, coaching, and performance management
  • Accurately forecast to meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly cadence
  • Think outside the box to develop new and unique sales tactics and incentives to drive performance
  • Serve as point person to help project manage new building openings across the region
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across several departments to align on priorities
  • Track and report sales team metrics and milestones to sales leadership in NYHQ
  • Be an inspiring leader and evangelist of the WeWork mission and vision

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in B2B sales, with 2+ years experience managing a team
  • Proven track record managing a world class sales team exceeding revenue goals
  • A natural leader who prides themselves on their ability to inspire others
  • Strong team player who can make decisions and execute in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Thoughtful communicator who can prioritize and project manage short and long term initiatives
  • Problem solver who can independently translate high level goals into actionable plans 
  • Hard working, dependable, organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong ability to forecast and manage team pipeline using SalesForce or other CRM
  • Prior experience in a startup / high-growth company a plus!
  • College graduate with 4-year degree
