Marketing Specialist, Space Services

The new Marketing and Presentation Specialist will be a critical member of a team responsible for empowering our brokers/agents with the sales assets, tools and resources they need to operate efficiently, effectively, consistently, so that they can focus on creating value for our clients and driving revenue for the company.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Marketing and Presentation Specialist will be responsible for transforming marketing content into visually compelling presentations that align with our brand standards. Attention to detail, passion for perfection, and pride in your work will be the three key values that you bring to your position.

Overview of Expectations

Immediate / Start up Responsibilities

  • Design the following marketing templates: Tenant Rep Presentations, New Hire Announcement Email, ICYMI Branded Emails, Pitch Kits
  • Work with Ops Director to establish internal SOPs for marketing related On-boarding steps including business cards, agent photos, bios, etc.
  • Work with Listing/Research to coordinate the data steps involved in incorporating comps / listings into presentation materials
  • Review and QC all marketing and branding pieces, emails, presentations, pitch kits, etc for identity and graphic standards.
  • Post web pages / graphics / content to website.
  • Establish SOPs with Ops Director for all internal marketing requests via Intranet and SFDC
  • Load Email Templates into SFDC and Email Broadcast Systems.
  • Work on industry Expertise Items (White Papers, Engagement Pages, etc)

Ongoing Responsibilities:

Presentation Development

  • Draft, edit, assist in writing and produce Tenant Presentations, Flyers, Pitch Materials, and other related presentations using both InDesign and PowerPoint
  • Integrate, prepare and distribute key assets in all marketing materials/packages including maps, photos and images, custom graphics, and charts/graphs into all marketing pieces using Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Work with Operations Director on all Social Media and email Broadcasts for WW Space Services as well as Agents
  • Coordinate with all 3rd party vendors on any digital or print work required for WW Space Services or Agents
  • Compose and send out email blasts through Eloqua or other external email sites
  • Produce timely and accurate internal communications after coordinating with Operations Director
  • Work on division reports (market research, company / industry, etc.)
  • Evolve the communication effectiveness of our sales materials over time – Expand into Prezi, Google Slides, etc.
  • Maintain all project files, production schedules, copies and completed work samples
  • Manage process of distribution, marketing list updates and activity reporting
  • Support Agents in successfully using the division’s email communications platform, Outlook and any other sites for the purposes of direct marketing and client relationship development
  • Support On-board Specialist with all marketing related steps included but not limited to Business Cards, Headshots, Bios, etc. 
  • Expert knowledge of software programs, specifically Microsoft Office software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (PowerPoint, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
  • Collaborate on the WW Space Services business sales story, including value proposition and narrative, and bring it to life using consistent and impactful visuals;

Process and Efficiency

  • Maintain a level of organization so that all digital assets are property tagged, stored, and accessible in an efficient way.
  • Work within all brand standards for all sales, marketing and operations teams as they are defined by WeWork.
  • Create and maintain a library of “best-practice” designs and templates for use by the Sales Agents.

Creative and Engaging

  • Work as the primary person responsible for posting to Social Media sites.
  • a level of organization so that all digital assets are property tagged, stored, and accessible in an efficient way.

Professional Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience developing print and digital presentation materials;
  • Expert proficiency in these design-related applications MS Word, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Prezi;
  • Proficient in CRM (Salesforce.com) and Pardot
  • Tech-savvy and up-to-date on other tools, platforms and resources;
  • Portfolio of presentation work that demonstrates a straightforward, clean design aesthetic
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines
  • Ability to crystallize complex ideas into simple articulations;
  • Ability to work quickly and autonomously;
  • Strong track record in thriving in a hyper-growth environment;
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication, marketing, or related field.
