Description
The Store Platform team
is responsible for all of the customer, product and order information that
flows through our systems. This includes the customer account creation,
shopping cart, purchases, and catalog information systems that are used across
web and mobile platforms. We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer
to write and own production level, readable and maintainable code. Our team
consists of ambitious, intelligent, and collaborative Software Engineers.

- Develop and deploy solutions

deliverables
- Collaborate across business
teams (stakeholders)

technical debt

within started timelines

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer
Science or related technical field
- 3+ years of programming
experience in a language such as Java or PHP
- Relevant experience with
relational / non-relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle, SQL, Mongo,
Cassandra, Elastic Search, or Redis)
- Strong analytical skills with a
data driven approach and ability to measure impact of project and product
deliverables
- Strong software design and
architecture skills with an eye toward avoiding and reducing technical
debt
- Ability to work in a fast
paced, evolving, growing and dynamic environment
- Ability to think system wide
and translate business requirements into code
Preferred
- Master’s Degree in Computer
Science or related technical field
- Experience with MySQL, Mongo,
ElasticSearch, and Redis
- Ability to explore new ideas
and have a passion to make them happen
- Strong communication and
relationship building skills with the ability to influence others
