Shift: 1st shift
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products, components, or subassemblies using hand and power tools
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, or assembly diagrams
- Inspect parts and completed products for quality and accuracy
- Package finished products and prepare for shipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Report any defective materials or equipment issues to supervisors
Requirements:
- Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
