Industrial Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift / 12-Hour Nights

Location: Kenosha / Pleasant Prairie, WI

Pay: $30$42 per hour, based on experience

Employment: Direct hire

Schedule: 3rd shift or 12-hour night schedules, depending on the opening

Were hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support overnight production. This role is a strong fit for a hands-on maintenance professional who can troubleshoot equipment, prioritize repairs, and help maintain safe, reliable operations throughout the night.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment failures and complete repairs during overnight operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspect equipment for wear or damage.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
• Replace defective components and verify equipment operates properly after repairs.
• Document completed work and communicate equipment status at shift change.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot production machinery and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with motors, controls, sensors, conveyors, and power transmission components.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and maintain dependable overnight attendance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $74880.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
