Description

The PREP COOK is responsible for supporting the kitchen by preparing food prior to the cooking stage for Island View Casino's restaurants by properly measureing, portioning, and preparing a variet of food items on menus as well as basic prep cooking such as baking, frying, sautéing and steaming associated with food prep, etc. Must have a demonstrated ability to operate most commercial kitchen equipment, have knowledge of quality food, food preparation, food preservation, be able produce food orders in a commercial or professional kitchen.

Position Requirements Must be 18 years of age with a High School diploma or GED.

At least 1 year of culinary experience

Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time and/or Part-Time
