Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
Employment Type: Evaluation Hire
Summary:
We are seeking reliable Packers to support production operations by preparing and packaging materials for shipment in a climate-controlled, laid-back environment.
Responsibilities:
- Pack boxes with materials according to production needs
- Count materials accurately and ensure proper quantities
- Wrap and band pallets for shipment
- Communicate effectively with team members to meet deadlines
- Follow production schedules and maintain organized work areas
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional heavier lifting
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in counting and packaging
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must wear steel-toed safety shoes and pass a pre-employment drug screen
