Overview

They are seeking an experienced Front End Engineer (React) to join a small, highly collaborative team focused on building and enhancing multiple SaaS products. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse product portfolio, ranging from well-established solutions to emerging next-generation platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating intuitive user experiences, writing high-quality code, and delivering impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React and JavaScript technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to transform ideas into robust, scalable solutions.
• Deliver well-tested, maintainable, and high-performing front-end code within agreed project timelines.
• Build user interfaces that align with user experience best practices and industry design trends.
• Create prototypes and interactive concepts to communicate design and user interaction ideas.
• Apply UI/UX principles to help end users efficiently achieve their goals.
• Partner with back-end engineers to ensure seamless integration between front-end and server-side functionality.
• Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and front-end development standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve browser compatibility, performance, and usability issues.
• Continuously improve application functionality, design consistency, and user experience.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in front-end or user interface development.
• Strong experience with JavaScript and modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with React.js or a comparable modern front-end framework.
• Experience developing highly interactive web applications.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
• Understanding of MVC, MVP, and/or MVVM architectural patterns.
• Knowledge of website design, usability principles, and responsive design techniques.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving environment.
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and rendering challenges.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience creating prototypes and user interaction workflows.
• Experience supporting international product rollouts and global user bases.
• Portfolio of front-end projects or code samples demonstrating UI development expertise.
