Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description
The Forklift Operator plays a key role in the smooth flow of materials throughout a busy manufacturing and warehouse facility. In this position, you operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently to move raw materials, components, and finished goods, support shipping and receiving activities, and help maintain accurate inventory. You contribute directly to production by staging materials, organizing the warehouse, and upholding strict safety and cleanliness standards.

Work Environment
This role is based in a heavy manufacturing and warehouse setting where conditions can be dirty, and temperatures vary with the seasons, ranging from hot in warmer months to cold in cooler months. You regularly work around industrial equipment, production machinery, and active shipping and receiving areas. The position is physically demanding and requires comfort with lifting, moving materials, and working on your feet throughout the shift. Appropriate work attire should be durable and suitable for a manufacturing environment, with adherence to required safety gear and protective equipment.Sh

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chambersburg, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
