What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly while ensuring products are moved, stored, and shipped safely and accurately.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and reach trucks safely and efficiently
  • Load, unload, transport, and store materials throughout the warehouse
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Stage, palletize, wrap, and secure outbound freight
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and forklift safety checks
  • Move inventory to designated warehouse locations
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle count accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
  • Work closely with team members to meet productivity and quality goals
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including material handling and lifting
  • Complete a forklift skills assessment within your first 1-2 days

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✔ Experience operating:

  • Sit-Down Forklifts
  • Stand-Up Forklifts
  • Reach Trucks

✔ Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience

✔ Order picking and material handling experience

✔ Strong commitment to workplace safety

✔ Ability to pass an on-site forklift evaluation

✔ Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience in a high-volume warehouse environment

⭐ Previous 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience

⭐ Knowledge of shipping, receiving, staging, and pallet wrapping

⭐ Inventory control and cycle count experience

⭐ Strong communication and teamwork skills

💲 $23.50/hr Monday-Friday | 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM

💲 $24.50/hr Monday-Friday | 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Weekend Day Shift

💲 $25.00/hr Friday-Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Weekend Night Shift

💲 $25.75/hr Friday-Sunday | 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
