Now Hiring: Machine Operator V - Injector

Location: Clemens Food Group

Shift: 1st (4:30am -3pm)

Clemens Food Group is seeking skilled and safety-focused Machine Operators to support efficient, high-quality production operations. This position is responsible for the safe operation, setup, maintenance, and performance of production machinery while meeting product quality, yield, and safety standards.

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment? We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Bacon Production Control and Skilled Labor. In this role, you’ll ensure the safe and efficient operation of production machinery to support continuous, high-quality production runs.

What You’ll Do

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to maintain consistent output
• Perform routine maintenance including blade changes, setup, cleaning, and equipment takedown
• Monitor and adjust machines to meet product specifications, maximize quality, and improve yield
• Complete accurate production records including weight sheets, label verifications, run times, and man-hour logs
• Follow all Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures at all times
• Assist with directing workflow and collaborating with team members to achieve daily production goals
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product specifications, profitability, and machinery operations

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to read, write, and enter data in English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Lockout/Tagout certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency
