We are seeking a hands-on Senior AI Solution Engineer to contribute to the development of an AI-powered Risk Map solution. Partnering with the Solution Architect and an engineering team, you will build an AI-enabled risk assessment system that reduces manual effort from ~30 hours down to ~8 hours per assessment.
The project scope demands the application of advanced AI-enabled engineering techniques (e.g., spec-driven development) and modern tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
This position suits an engineer with proven experience in real production delivery using AI tools and a passion for working with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and enterprise AI applications.

Responsibilities
- Develop the system based on the architecture and scope established during the Discovery phase
- Refine prompt quality, AI workflows, and overall solution performance
- Boost the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of AI-generated outputs
- Deploy new AI capabilities in line with the solution architecture
- Assist with the integration of AI capabilities into the existing platform
- Work closely with the AI Architect and Lead Engineer
- Contribute to testing, validation, and continuous improvement of AI solutions
- Resolve AI-related issues and suggest improvements
- Record implementation details and technical recommendations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or Software Engineer delivering AI solutions
- Background in LLMs and Generative AI with hands-on Prompt Engineering experience
- Proficiency in Claude or comparable enterprise LLM platforms
- Familiarity with Claude Skills or similar reusable AI capability frameworks
- Understanding of AI evaluation, prompt optimization, and AI quality improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
Nice to have
- Practical experience with Python
- Skills in AWS cloud services and Amazon Bedrock
- Capability to embed AI solutions within enterprise applications
- Expertise in AI guardrails, structured outputs, and evaluation methods
- Background in insurance, risk management, financial services, or enterprise automation
