  • 1st Shift
  • 6:00 AM โ€“ 2:00 PM
  • Approximately 3-4 months

Regular Schedule

  • 3rd Shift
  • 10:00 PM โ€“ 6:00 AM

๐Ÿ”ง What You'll Be Doing

As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for operating high-speed manufacturing equipment while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, adjust, and operate production machinery
  • Load and unload materials onto equipment
  • Verify materials meet production specifications
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues
  • Perform quality inspections and required measurements
  • Package and label finished products
  • Transfer materials to pallets, skids, and storage areas
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation
  • Assist with inventory tracking and material usage reports
  • Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Machine Operator experience
  • At least 2 years of experience operating high-speed production equipment
  • Ability to read work orders and production documents
  • Basic math skills
  • Experience using measuring tools, including tape measures
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to complete production paperwork accurately
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and attendance

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
