Work Environment
You will work in a manufacturing environment with long rows of workstations, typically arranged in groups of five. The culture is laid back yet results-oriented, with an expectation that you understand your tasks and complete them reliably without constant oversight. You will work at your own station, alternating between standing and sitting throughout the day, while using hand tools and occasionally power tools to assemble electronic components and place them onto printed circuit boards. The facility operates multiple shifts, including a 1st shift starting around 6:00 a.m. (with some roles starting at 5:30 a.m.) and a 2nd shift running into the late evening. Health and safety protocols include temperature checks and brief health questions when you arrive and again toward the end of your shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.40 - $15.40/hr.
