We are looking for an Admin support to play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of financial and administrative activities across multiple countries.
In this role, you'll be much more than an administrator. You'll be a trusted partner to internal teams and external suppliers, helping to coordinate financial activities, manage critical business processes, and ensure everything runs efficiently. By combining attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, you'll make a real impact while delivering a consistently high standard of service and accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Support the day-to-day delivery of financial and administrative operations across multiple countries
- Manage supplier and subcontractor invoices, ensuring accurate processing and record keeping
- Create and maintain purchase orders and purchase requisitions through internal systems
- Prepare customer quotations and support financial documentation processes
- Coordinate supplier onboarding activities and ensure required documentation is collected and completed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business stakeholders
- Handle invoice queries and contribute to the timely resolution of financial issues
- Prepare reports, presentations and business documents for operational and management teams
- Collaborate with colleagues across Finance, Procurement and wider business functions
- Manage routine correspondence and help keep projects, requests and deadlines on track
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery
What You'll Need
- Previous experience in finance administration, business support, coordination or a similar role
- Fluency in Hungarian and professional working proficiency in English
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Confidence working with financial data, invoices and purchasing processes
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong customer service focus
- The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn and a passion for improving processes
- Experience in an international corporate environment would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Facility Management or workplace services is a plus
