What will you do?

• Manage HR administrative processes in line with established service standards and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate employee data, documentation, and HR records.
• Support employees and HR stakeholders with HR-related queries.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and data.
• Identify and resolve recurring issues while contributing to process improvements.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure an outstanding employee experience.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR Administration/Payroll, HR Operations, or Shared Services.
• Excellent communication skills in German, you will work with German colleagues and communicate with German speaking Business Partners.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with SAP/HR, HR ticketing systems and Microsoft Office 365.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Previous experience working with the German market is an advantage.
