2nd Shift
- Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM-2:00 AM
- Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
3rd Shift
- Tuesday-Friday | 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- Monday-Friday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Responsibilities
- Read and follow simple blueprints and work instructions
- Assemble and fasten components according to specifications
- Sew components as needed
- Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards are met
- Operate small tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Rotate between tasks throughout the shift
- Participate in team-based production activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of eight months of prior work experience in any industry
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and coordination assessment
- Strong reliability and attendance
- Willingness to learn and work effectively as part of a team
