This position supports the efficient and safe operation of production equipment within a manufacturing environment. The role plays an important part in maintaining consistent output and quality.
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Previous experience operating industrial or production machinery
- Reliable personal transportation to and from work
- Ability to complete an in-person skills assessment as part of the hiring process
- Ability to read and follow operating instructions and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work varying shifts, including 1st and 2nd shift
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete production and quality records as required
Pay and Schedule
Pay: $18 an hour.
Schedule: Training on 1st shift with transition to 2nd shift, Monday–Friday. Exact shift hours will be confirmed upon hire.
