Work Environment
The role is based in a large, very clean, and generally quiet manufacturing facility focused on manual assembly work. You will work primarily on 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday, from 3:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., with an initial training period on 1st shift starting around 5:00 a.m. The work involves manual labor, including lifting up to 40 pounds, working on a non-automated assembly line, and participating in wire spooling activities as part of teams of approximately 4 to 6 people, with about 20 people on the day shift and a growing 2nd shift team. The environment is casual but safety-focused: shirts with sleeves (short or long) are required, pants without holes must be worn, and steel-toe boots are mandatory. The facility is not temperature controlled but uses fans to improve comfort. Safety glasses and gloves are provided as needed. You may listen to music with one earbud while working, supporting a comfortable and focused atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
