Machine Operator/Assembler – 1st & 2nd Shift | $16.50–$18.00/hr + $2/hr Attendance Bonus | Wayland, MI

What You’ll Do:
- Load and unload metal parts into production machines
- Use hand tools to assemble products
- Operate machines safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Overtime: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Overtime: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay & Benefits:
- 1st Shift: $16.50/hour + $2/hour attendance bonus
- 2nd Shift: $18.00/hour + $2/hour attendance bonus
- Weekly paychecks
- Overtime opportunities available every week
- Contract-to-hire with long-term career potential
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of machine operator or assembly experience
- At least 6 months experience using hand tools
- Ability to work safely, follow instructions, and hit production goals
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn new skills
