Our client in Eastlake is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Finisher to join their manufacturing team. This position is responsible for performing finishing operations on molded plastic products to ensure quality standards are met before shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Trim, sand, grind, and finish molded plastic products according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products for defects, imperfections, and quality compliance.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment safely and effectively.
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report quality concerns or production issues to supervisors.
- Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, finishing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
