We're looking for skilled Mechanical Assemblers on 1st shift to join our team building custom industrial machinery. This is a hands-on role where you'll assemble, fit, align, test, and troubleshoot equipment using blueprints, hand tools, power tools, and mechanical expertise.

✅ Experience with mechanical assembly, machine building, construction, or industrial equipment assembly
✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

✅ Experience using hand tools, power tools, drills, taps, and measuring equipment
✅ Ability to assemble, align, and adjust machinery to precise specifications
✅ Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical systems

1st Shift: Approximately 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
You'll work in a well-lit industrial manufacturing facility with a rich history and plenty of natural light. This hands-on position involves working with machinery, tools, and custom-built equipment in a collaborative team environment.
The facility experiences seasonal temperature changes, with fans and ventilation used during warmer months. Employees also enjoy complimentary cold drinks and frozen treats during the summer.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
