We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Solution Engineer with a strong security engineering background to join our client's security team and support their key R&D activities.

This project aims to enhance software security testing across the client's product ecosystem, ensuring the highest standards of protection for customer data.

In this role, you will develop and implement AI-agentic solutions to support security testing and vulnerability management processes, collaborating closely with the security team to proactively identify and mitigate software vulnerabilities using advanced, AI-driven agentic workflows.

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

  • Build multi-agent systems, tool-use frameworks, and orchestration layers to drive autonomous security testing workflows
  • Develop robust, large-scale security testing frameworks and evaluation pipelines
  • Perform LLM fine-tuning (utilizing LoRA, QLoRA, or similar techniques) specifically optimized for security domains
  • Generate and manage large-scale datasets tailored for automated security testing
  • Execute security testing activities to identify risks and vulnerabilities in software applications using AI-agentic security testing solutions
  • Collaborate closely with the internal security team to provide guidance and share best practices on AI-driven secure testing methodologies
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI-specific security vulnerabilities and threats, proactively recommending mitigation strategies
  • Contribute to the overall development, standardization, and scaling of automated security testing methodologies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an AI/ML Solution Engineer or Security Engineer
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Expertise in Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor
  • Background in Vulnerability Management
  • Understanding of AI-agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, and orchestration frameworks
  • Skills in LLM fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA and QLoRA
  • Capability to design and manage large-scale datasets for automated security testing
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Security Testing Methodologies
  • Knowledge of Security Testing Tools
  • Proficiency in Rust
