Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer(Python Backend ) to design and build highly scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions within our core banking platform. You will work in a cross-functional engineering team focused on enhancing a distributed microservices-based system that processes high volumes of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, secure, high-performance backend solutions.
- Build and enhance distributed microservices-based systems processing high volumes of financial transactions.
- Participate in system design, technical architecture, and product design discussions.
- Own end-to-end delivery of large features.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Optimize system performance and ensure reliability.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with Python (preferred) or another object-oriented language.
- Expertise in Microservices and Distributed Systems.
- REST API development.
- Docker and containerized environments.
- SQL/MySQL and RDBMS concepts.
- RabbitMQ or similar messaging technologies.
- Git/GitHub.
- Linux/Unix.
- Cloud experience is a plus.
