We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable CNC Operator to join our fast-paced Manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up, run, and adjust CNC Milling equipment and Lathe machinery to fabricate precision components. As an entry-level or experienced Machinist, you will perform regular quality inspection routines to ensure all parts meet specifications while contributing to a clean and efficient shop environment.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC milling equipment and supporting lathe machinery using established programs and procedures.
Manage multiple work centers in a cellular manufacturing environment to maintain production flow.
Make accurate program edits and machine adjustments based on work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Select appropriate cutting tools and apply proper feeds and speeds for efficient machining.
Perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments to verify parts meet specifications.
Maintain accurate production records, including part counts, time logs, and scrap reports.
Monitor coolant levels and keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.
Work with team members and provide assistance or guidance when requested.
Maintain consistent quality and production output while meeting scheduled deadlines.

Ability to make basic machine or program adjustments.
Experience reading technical drawings and work instructions.
Food service or other fast-paced production experience is a plus for candidates interested in developing into assembler or team lead opportunities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
